About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Studio Concierge to manage the reception desk and waiting area on Saturday mornings from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM. This role is a perfect fit for someone who is passionate about customer service, reliable, a team player, and eager to support the studio’s operations.
In this sales-focused role, you will work closely with the CEO to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include supporting current and prospective clients, nurturing new leads, and communicating effectively with the teaching team.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will focus on five core areas:
- Sales & Operations
- Lead Nurturing
- Client Onboarding
- Client Support
- Team Support
Specific duties include:
- Collaborating with the CEO and teaching team to ensure studio goals are met, including attending weekly Zoom meetings with the CEO.
- Managing studio communications via email, phone, and other digital platforms, while serving as the primary contact for dancers and parents
- Maintaining and updating our CRM system to process payments, manage client records, and organize classes.
- Assisting with studio events, productions, and new projects in coordination with the CEO
- Overseeing the enquiry-to-enrolment process to ensure new clients feel welcomed and supported.
- Managing petty cash and maintaining adequate supplies.
- Ensuring the reception and waiting areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage the studio’s daily operations.
- A welcoming and professional demeanor for engaging with clients in person, via email, and over the phone.
- Clear and consistent communication skills to represent the studio’s voice.
- Initiative and decision-making skills to handle responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Trello (or a willingness to learn).
- A personal laptop or computer with reliable internet access.
Additional Details
- This role is an ongoing casual position, with potential for growth for the right candidate.
- Occasional in-person support may be required during busy performance and enrolment periods.
